Our Mission
At Tapestry Rockford, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive and succeed. We are driven by the belief that even the smallest act of kindness can create a ripple of positive change. With a passionate commitment to making the world a better place, we have established a platform where individuals from all walks of life can come together to make a difference.
All of the children within our community deserve to experience a sense of self-worth and have their fundamental needs fulfilled. Our mission is to provide clothing, school supplies, sporting goods and more to children who may otherwise go without in Rockford, Sparta, Cedar Springs, Greenville, and surrounding school districts in Northern Kent County. Through the generosity of our donors, we are able to make a lasting impact on the lives of these young individuals, empowering them to reach their full potential.
Our Values
100% volunteer-run, Tapestry exists to offer a safe, welcoming, and dignified space where families can shop for free. Our goal, with the help of generous donations, is to provide these items at no cost to those in need.
